These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE Courts.

8. Service Bookings & Payments

Celesta Clean facilitates professional cleaning services for residential and commercial clients. Once a service has been completed, all fees paid are non-refundable, except in cases where service failure is directly attributable to Celesta Clean.

Prices, service packages, and promotions may be updated periodically and will apply on a forward-looking basis. Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Credit packages, where offered, are not valid against monthly or recurring cleaning subscriptions unless explicitly mentioned.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Celesta Clean shall not be held responsible for any unlawful acts committed by third-party service providers or users.

While we conduct reasonable background checks on our staff and service partners, clients are advised to exercise general caution and safeguard personal belongings during service sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, clients agree to hold Celesta Clean harmless from claims related to loss, theft, or damage to items during or after service delivery, unless proven to be caused by gross negligence directly attributable to Celesta Clean.

10. Payments & Card Usage

Payments may be made via approved online payment methods, credit/debit cards, or cash where applicable.

Celesta Clean may request card pre-authorization before confirming a booking. Clients are responsible for retaining transaction records and ensuring the confidentiality of their payment details.

Celesta Clean does not store credit or debit card information. All online transactions are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.

11. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

12. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Celesta Clean’s official customer support email.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of up to AED 100 to cover administrative and operational costs.

13. Age Restriction

Users under the age of 18 years are not permitted to register, book services, or transact through the website.

14. Property & Damage Policy

Celesta Clean may apply internal penalties to its staff or service partners in cases of proven negligence. However, clients remain responsible for the condition and security of their property during service sessions.

Celesta Clean is not liable for damages occurring during entry or exit from the premises or for pre-existing conditions unless clearly documented and proven otherwise.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Assignment

Celesta Clean may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without prior notice or consent.

17. Sanctions Compliance

Celesta Clean does not engage in business with individuals, entities, or countries subject to international sanctions, including OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions.

18. Communication

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from Celesta Clean via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or in-app notifications, including service confirmations, updates, reminders, and promotional messages.

19. Payment Methods & Currency

We accept payments using Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards and other approved payment methods in AED (or another agreed currency).

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only through the original payment method.

20. Quality Assurance

Celesta Clean maintains a Quality Assurance Program to ensure consistent service standards. Quality checks may include:

• Surprise site visits
• On-site inspections with clients or cleaners
• Post-service follow-up calls

21. Reporting Issues

Clients must report issues within the following timeframes:

• Missing or stolen items: within 24 hours
• Damaged items: within 24 hours

Reports submitted outside these timelines may not be eligible for review.
